Khushbu Pandey alias Hindu Sherni (Hindu Tigress) is a firebrand Hindu fanatic known for her inflammatory jibes against Muslims and her enthusiasm for Hindu extremism. Her videos are widely circulated on social media circles of Hindu nationalists and extremist groups around the Country.

Her penchant for violence and her longing desire to witness a full-on bloodbath of Muslims in India have been expressed by Pandey herself. In a video, while talking to a youtube channel, she says, “Wherever you find a terrorist (euphemism Hindu far-right uses for Muslims), sprinkle kerosine oil and burn them alive, there is no need to opt for the judicial system or the Constitution of India. What is the point of keeping these termites alive? I would kill them for the sake of my nation, my religion ordains me to do the same.”

“If we Hindus would adopt the Mahabharata style (referring to the bloodbath of the battle of Mahabharata), then you Muslims would vanish from India within eighteen days,” said Pandey in response to a statement regarding the status of religious freedom in India made by Arshad Madni, a Muslim leader.

She becomes hysterical whenever the issue of Hindu Rashtra (nation) comes before her. 

She says, “We want Hindu Rashtra and we shall have it. Muslims have many countries they can go whichever they prefer but India is surely going to be an Akhand Hindu Rashtra. I believe it (India) is currently a Hindu Rashtra and I can proudly say that I belong to a country that is known for my religion, Sanatan Dharma (Hinduism).”

She adds with the same passion, “India has never been known for its communal harmony, it is known around the world for Hindu saints, monks, yoga, and Hinduism.”

Panday while referring to Muslims with disparaging terminologies like Dawood ki aulaad (Children of Dawood, a mafia who is accused of terrorism), ghaddar ( traitor), terrorists, Babar ki aulad (Children of Babar, founder of the Mughal dynasty) often threatens to mete out a Rohingya-like (referring to the Rohingya Muslim genocide of Mayanmar) genocide of Muslims in India.

Her social media accounts, including her Youtube channel are staked with anti-muslim rhetorics and visuals. It is understandable how such explicitly vicious hate mongers roam freely in India as they are in tandem with the overarching narrative of the Bhartiya Janata Party and its ideological root, the Rashtriya Sayam Sevak Sangh (RSS).
